1. All Reading Appointments, Events or Zoom readings must be Pre-Paid unless otherwise stated in writing and/or confirmed of other arrangements by Laura Laforce's office - 780.966.1659
  2. If the client listed should cancel or fail to appear, there will be no refund, unless otherwise specified in writing and confirmed by Laura Laforce's office.
  3. If a person is paying for an appointment as a gift or for any other reason, and the named recipient does not attend or cancels, no refund will be issued unless a written exception is granted by Laura Laforce's office.
  4. Each person is limited to one appointment - no sharing allowed. Exceptions require written approval from Laura Laforce's office.
  5. Children under 16 are not permitted to attend unless specified in writing. For exceptions, please call 780.966.1659
  6. Session recording is permitted using your own device, such as a cell phone, digital recorder, etc.
  7. If you arrive late or cannot be contacted, the delay will be counted as part of your appointment time.
  8. Use Email Money Bank e-transfer to pay online by sending to payment@lauralaforce.com
  9. Etransfers are due within 30 minutes after submission
  10. On credit card payments, Laura Laforce reserves the right to apply extra fees for processing.
  11. By submitting, you authorize charges to be processed for the total amount displayed
  12. For security reasons, all credit card information is not stored on file after submission.
  13. It is the submitter's responsibility to ensure that emails from lauralaforce.com can be received by the listed emails on the submission form.
  14. All charges will appear as Laura Laforce on your credit card statement.
  15. Laura Laforce is not responsible for you credit charges if it has been lost, stolen, or used without your permission, and you
    should immediately report such incidents to your credit card issuer. Please monitor your statements regularly to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  16. Requests cannot be guaranteed
  17. Any appointment submitted will be given first available date/time if the selected date/time in submission is not available

  2. By submitting this appointment, you will be required to pay upon submission and a review of your information will be done to ensure all information is correct and true
  3. All payments through the Web Site are processed using a third-party processor
  4. You acknowledge that Laura Laforce is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third-party processor
  5. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment
  6. All prices on this site are based in Canadian dollars and are subject to any additional fees and taxes and will be listed for preview before submission

 

REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATION/ATTENDING

All appointments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing and confirmed by Laura Laforce's office

  1. No refunds for not showing up or cancelling for your appointment(some exceptions may apply)

  1. If extreme circumstances for not showing or cancelling occur and you cannot make your appointment the day of, please let the office know and Laura Laforce will      work with you to rebook for an alternative appointment date or service - 780.966.1659
  2. No switching from the types of readings only by permission from our office. If you cannot attend the appointment you may have someone in your place. Please notify in writing of this change to confirmation@lauralaforce.com
  3. 24 hours is required or more for rebooking, notify in writing to confirmation@lauralaforce.com or call 780.966.1659

If Laura Laforce needs to cancel any appointment or event for any reason, Laura will offer the choice of one of the following:
  1. A full refund within 10 business days of the cancellation notice date
  2. Alternate reading e.g. ... phone appointment or Zoom live video reading
  3. If you choose to rebook and fail to notify of a new date, no re-booking or transferring of your appointment if 30 days has elapsed after notification

If you cannot be contacted or cancel without proper or no notification:

  1. Your credit card will be charged the full amount if not paid and no refunds if payment has been processed
  2. No refunds or switching of appointments due to weather or other reasons unless exceptions in writing from Laura Laforce office
  3. If you cancel and have not paid there will be no rebooking of appointment

Laura Laforce also reserves the right to refuse service if and/or refuse to refund if during your appointment on a phone or live Zoom/Skype or in person reading and  you exhibit any behaviour that would be considered ... hostile, erratic, aggressive or threaten any type of retaliation, any such behavior during your appointment will not be tolerated.
  7. No rebooking or other alternatives will be considered if you do show without informing prior to any of the listed above

 

EMAILS/TEXTS & PRIVACY

  1. Upon submitting any appointment request you give permission to have emails and or texts to your cell phone to be sent as confirmation or acknowledgement of any products or services you may have purchased.
  2. Your name, cell phone number and email address will remain secure and for the use of Laura Laforce only for a period not more than 6 months
  3. Credit card info if used to pay for a service or product is not kept on file for any purpose
